FAQ

If your address in on Fox Creek Drive, Tortuga Court, and some parts of Turtle Trace, you are part of our homeowner’s association.  Some houses on Turtle Trace and all of Foxworth Court are NOT part of our association and our by-laws and covenants do not apply to those properties.  If you are in doubt, please contact us and we will help you to determine your eligibility.

Our HOA collects dues, maintains the landscaping at the entrance to our neighborhood, addresses any issues or complaints that arise, and communicate information about our neighborhood. At least one meeting is held at the beginning of the year to report on the business and finances of the previous year.

All homeowners are welcome to participate in any HOA activities and/or meetings. When there are issues that require the members to vote, only one vote per household is allowed. In order to vote, you must be current in payment of dues.
